I wasn't ready for this!

The stay proved to be surprising in both good and bad ways. Great staff interaction stood out, while cleanliness fell short, with complaints about bathroom upkeep and noise from other rooms. Comfy beds made for a decent night's sleep, yet the breakfast options were a bit underwhelming. Not quite what I expected!

Loved my peaceful stay for a Marywood University visit. The location was convenient, close to Oh Canada eh Dinner show. There was a good restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The location was comfortable and perfect, close to everything, it's a plus. Moreover, it's adjacent to a shopping mall and a dozen restaurants, a dozen restaurants and Montage mountain😃

My kids wished there was a larger area with more activities for them to enjoy together.

Location: the hotel was next to restaurants, a mall, and Scranton. Very pleasant and consistently courteous staff who cared about me. Had freshly decorated room with a fridge and hallway floors, as for instance for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast was awesome. Good variety and plenty of all.

Room seemed in need of remodel. Worn out and stained.

We had a great time! The fresh waffles at breakfast were a huge hit with the kids, and the spacious room allowed us to relax comfortably. The fitness room was fantastic !

location and cleanliness of room

I was not offered my AAA club discount, nor marriot rewards thru Booked.net and the identical room was booked by my sister for $15 per night less, saving $45 for the 3 nights. Booked.net was no bargain, and noncancelable. Sad but when i searched for this hotel on google, click map icon,all appeared to be the Fairfield site, , until i said accept. bad surprise

Our room seemed to have a smell of pets.

Great service and comfy beds, but no laundry available .

Bed was very comfortable and everything nice and clean.

The air conditioning unit didn't work that well and was fairly loud when it came on.

Nice location near the tournament, I felt safe. The staff was amazingly kind, helped with every request.

great stay but missing a pool

The staff was always attentive. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast options was really good, with fresh and flavorful items to choose from. I also noticed the room was clean and organized.

The absence of a pool was noticeable, especially for a family with children.

The location was perfect and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Conveniently located not too far from the U. Stayed for my daughters graduation. Pool area clean rooms were clean. Good value for the price. It can use an update
